Body Fat Percentages

Do you think fitness models and competitors have 4% body fat all year round? Do you think you can be super sexy all the time with well-defined body, you think you can be like that all year? The short answer would be NO. And there’s a logical explanation for not maintaining super marked throughout the year. In general, fitness fitness models and figures are preparing for a competition and reach the same with their bodies torn, almost carved by hand with incredible body fat percentages. Arrive at its peak, in its highest point. And you can not hold a peak forever right? but it would not be a peak …

Therefore, whatever physical condition you keep throughout the year is not your pick, or your best condition. The intelligent approach to nutrition and exercise (the one used by most bodybuilders, fitness models and competitors), is to train and feed cycles, reaching a peak, and then enter a phase of maintenance or growth. I’m not talking to get fat and out of shape every year, then dieting all year round. From what I’m talking about is moving to be in good shape to be in excellent shape, and then get back in good shape … but never “out of shape.”

Makes sense, right? This is an example: I have no intention of maintaining year-round body fat percentage of 5.5% as it appears in the photo of the site. I do not my fitness competitions, but that would be the physical state of competition day.
